The Italian Cultural Association Ciboliberatutti carries out activities aimed at fighting obesity, mainly childhood obesity, through education on proper nutrition, in line with the guidelines of the WHO and WCRF regarding the fundamentals of the Mediterranean Diet, a UNESCO cultural heritage.
The activity is carried out in collaboration with professionals from both the health and non-health sectors, through the implementation of multidisciplinary projects and initiatives, ranging from nutrition to psychology, from music to theater, from education to creative communication, from cooking to sports. The new challenges in health prevention, especially with regard to children, are successful if they are addressed through those cross-sector alliances that are established among all the actors in the chain, and for effective planning. Children as they grow up receive inputs of all kinds and, if involved, becoming themselves protagonists of wide-ranging initiatives, then food will become for them nourishment not only for the body but also for the mind, setting them on a path to health, understood as the achievement of physical and mental well-being.

THE PRESIDENT Dr. Rosalba Franco
Medical doctor specialized in food science with a focus on nutrition. I also have a master's degree in aesthetic medicine and a diploma in homeopathy, homotoxicology and integrated disciplines. Therefore, there are three areas of expertise in which I practice my profession, each addressing different aspects of the central core of my work: the care of the person as a whole. Food for me is science, art, culture, music. Nutrition is always about harmony, balance, but also about love for oneself, for others, for life.
THE VICE PRESIDENT
Dr. Maria Borrelli
Notary retired since 2018, born in Campania and adopted by the Marche region. For me, Ciboliberatutti means being alongside families and children, starting from the awareness of the importance of food, but ranging across various disciplines, with the aim of helping little ones live in harmony with the world in the hope that they will show fewer behavioral problems and become healthy and serene women and men of tomorrow.
THE SECRETARY

My educational projects are based on the CLIL methodology, Project-Based Learning, and the Creativity Approach.
